Come enjoy a fun-filled evening at Renfrew’s Second Annual Oktoberfest! This traditional German event will have a distinctive Renfrew feel as we celebrate the German roots of the original family that worked this land.
Renfrew’s Oktoberfest will be on October 7th, 2017 at the Post 15 American Legion, 63 East Main Street, Waynesboro PA from 4pm-9pm.
Admission is $50 per person. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older, and will be carded at the door. Tickets will go on sale beginning August 16th for the general public.
Admission to the event includes a buffet of traditional German foods and a Daniel Royer craft beer brewed specially for this event. There will also be live Oom-pah music, and an auction with fantastic items for patrons to bid on.
The event will start at 4 pm with the beer arriving on a horse-drawn wagon and a keg tapping done by Mayor Richard Starliper. This is a very traditional part of German Oktoberfests that you don’t want to miss!
We have a limited number of tickets and the event is sure to sell out! Don’t miss the opportunity to have a great time while supporting Renfrew Museum and Park.
The Museum and Visitors Center will be closed for the day.
